Archery

Jaime's Uncle Dave is big into archery and asked if Jaime and Ben would like to go on an archery shoot with him. Ben was all excited about it, he loves to do anything involved with guns and hunting. He has his own bow and can shoot really well with it, but he couldn't take it for this trip. Uncle Dave had some long bows for everyone to use. Well I am just going to say this shoot was a success, Ben absolutely loved it and decided he wanted to do more with his bow. About a week later Uncle Dave came over with a new long bow for Ben, he had built it himself and Ben was thrilled. So that Saturday we decided we would take the kids out and try to get some whistle pigs with the bows. We had so much fun, the kids all had the chance to shoot the bows and they had a great time trying to shoot the whistle pigs, we didn't have any success with the bows, but we had fun trying.
