What a year it has been, I can hardly believe that Christmas is already over and we are almost into 2011!! We had a wonderful Christmas this year (I think we always have a wonderful Christmas), we spent some time with our families and a few friends. On Christmas Eve Jerry decided to have us out to go sledding....it was a lot of fun, and the kids keep asking when we get to go out again!!
For the evening of Christmas eve we went to my parents house and had dinner, the kids played games and we were blessed with a visit from Mr. C. where he gave all of the little kids some new PJ's. We have our own little family tradition of watching the Polar Express on Christmas Eve and this year was no exception, we came home and enjoyed the time we had as a family. The kids were really excited this year and of course they had a hard time going to sleep!
Christmas day was filled with more family fun and gifts. Santa was good to the kids this year and they were thrilled. We were also blessed with having some of my family show up for Christmas...my Grandparents and Aunt and Uncle from Utah all drove up on Christmas morning. It has been so many years since we have spent Christmas together and it was a lot of fun. I hope everyone else had an enjoyable Christmas and hopefully you were all able to relax a little bit.
The best gift of the year....a WII!!
Oh and for those of you who like to tell knock knock jokes....they are now BANNED from our house!!
