Well it is over for another year!! We were able to enjoy seeing the kids perform the songs that they have been learning in school this spring and then we were able to enjoy watching them walk in the annual parade in downtown Fruitland!!
Kylee was very excited she was chosen to do some dance moves or something during the 3rd grade performance and she did pretty well. The only problem is now she wants to start doing dance classes and gymnastics. There is no way this girl can be related to me.
Ben was funny for his performance, he isn't very tall so we could barely see him and to top it off for the poor boy he was stuck between 2 girls. When we were talking about it with him later he was complaining that he was "girl trapped" we thought it was so funny. But to him it was a big deal and right now he doesn't want anything to do with girls.
Brooke was pretty good she had a hard time while we were sitting waiting for the parade, vut we let her out of the stroller and she enjoyed it. We did learn that she is not a fan of the firetrucks!! But I think most kids at that age don't like the loud noises!!
For Mother's Day we all got together and the boys cooked dinner and we had a wonderful time visiting and planning for our annual family campout. For those of you in Utah we would love to have you come up and camp with us. It will be held the weekend before the 4th and we plan on having lots of fun again!!!
Hope everyone else had a wonderful Mother's Day.

All three of the kids did a good job on their singing and it was fun to see the boys in the parade. I didn't get to see Kylee in the parade, but I know she was there. Brooke didn't like the sirens. Of course I can't blame her for that. Next year we have to take ear plugs for all of us. The sunburn is finally starting to fade a little bit!!!!
