New Toy

Ever since hunting season the kids have been telling us they wanted bb guns for Christmas. So as Jaime was looking into them he decided he wanted a new bb gun because the one he had as a kid was broken. Well the kids found other things they wanted for Christmas and the bb guns weren't really brought up again. But Jaime still kept talking about one that he wanted. So for his birthday which is shortly after Christmas I went and got him the bb gun he had been eyeing. I think the kids were more excited than him. So after work one evening he decided to take the kids up and try out his new gun. They had more fun running up to the target to see where the bb had hit than shooting the gun. Ben had a hard time looking through the scope to see the target and hit it, so Jaime took the scope off and Ben hit the target almost dead on. Kylee on the other hand needs a little more practice, but she had fun. Brooke fell asleep on the way up to shoot, so she didn't get to shoot and as we turned the corner to go home she asked where we were going and we told her home, she then started crying saying she wanted to go shooten. So next time we go we will have to let her pull the trigger.
